Our History
My name is Dr. Alain Morel, and for years, I have accompanied hundreds of people as a cosmetic surgeon. Behind each consultation, there was a story: a woman who never tied her hair in a ponytail for fear of revealing her ears, a teenager bullied at school with nicknames like "Dumbo", a man who insisted on taking photos only in profile, or a parent worried about the future of his child. These stories showed me that these complexes were not just a question of appearance, but of self-confidence, well-being, and sometimes even social integration.
One day, a mother came to me, desperate. Her 11-year-old daughter came home from school in tears every day. “They call her ‘the antennae,’ they laugh at her in front of everyone, and now she refuses to even leave her room. I don’t know what to do.” These words had a profound effect on me. I understood that beyond the physical pain, there was an immense emotional suffering, a wound that went far beyond appearances.
These stories got me thinking: what if, instead of proposing surgery, I could design an alternative? A simple, gentle and accessible solution, for those who do not wish to or cannot consider surgery.
This is how the idea of Oréalis was born. With a small team of designers and materials specialists, we worked to create an effective, discreet and comfortable solution. After months of testing and user feedback, Oréalis has become much more than a product: it is a concrete help for those who want to free themselves from their complexes, whether they are big or small.
Our mission
Today, every Oréalis concealer is designed to bring serenity and confidence to those who need it. Whether you are a woman who dreams of being able to tie her hair freely, a man who finally wants to feel comfortable in front of the camera, or a parent looking for a solution for their child, Oréalis is there for you.
We're not just a brand, we're a community. A community that believes no one should have to hide who they are.
Thank you for being part of this adventure with us.
Alain.
